The event begins at 9:00am and finishes at 3:00pm, but you can arrive at any time. Here are the details (times are approximate):
9:00am - open practice for wrestlers
11:00am - lower division matches, comic sumo performance, drums
1:00pm - second-division ring entrance ceremony and matches
2:00pm - upper division ring entrance ceremony and matches
3:00pm - bow-twirling ceremony, end of event
No shoes are allowed at Ringside and Box seats. Bring your own slippers. You can buy them in convenience stores.
Ringside and Box are sitting on the floor and come with souvenir cushion.
Children 3 years old and younger don't need a ticket if they don't need their own seat. Children 5 years old and younger may not sit in Ringside 'S' at all.
Ticket prices include our service fee (1,600 yen) and payment fees (about 3% of ticket price).
